The work for BMW centered around the redesign of BMW (US), with the intent that built modules would be syndicated into other global markets post launch. The site had a ground up redesign and build, with a focus on editorializing the brand, especially within the sales experiences like the build configurator. We also looked at new ways to represent the brand visually with image experimentation and motion, for their social channels, and within the product pages that required better ways to explain complex in-car technologies. One major breakthrough was linking dealership inventory directly to the configurator for real-time results as you worked your way through the build process, presenting you with matches and "% matched" within your defined zip code radius.
