Over a period of six years I worked with the Rough Guides as a design consultant to help reimagine their highly successful travel series. The new look centered around the use of a color "horizon" line, coupled with reportage travel photography to create a contemporary look for the younger traveler. We also created sub-series designs for city guides, with collages using items collected by the authors when they travelled to research the books.
